A clear path from first conversation to rollout

We work with your operations and IT teams to understand the requirements, agree the scope and prepare your fleet. Every engagement follows the same four steps.

  1. Discovery and alignment

We learn about your vehicles, routes, applications and priorities, then agree what success should look like.

    • We review your current devices, apps and the problems you want solved.
    • We agree which trucks, terminals and apps go first.
    • We agree the plan and how we’ll measure it.
  2. Solution deep dive

We recommend the hardware, connectivity and software configuration, and review the integrations your fleet needs.

    • We map your telematics, TMS and app integrations.
    • We recommend devices, connectivity, policies and tools.
    • We confirm your apps, workflows and integrations will work on the tablet.
  3. Proposal and contracting

You receive a clear proposal covering configuration, pricing, service expectations and the rollout plan.

    • You get the scope: devices, integrations and deployment needs.
    • Pricing and service expectations in one commercial plan.
    • A launch plan with owners, milestones and timing.
  4. Enrollment and deployment

We enroll, configure, test and ship your devices, train your team and stay involved after rollout.

    • We load your apps and security policies on every device.
    • We ship kits, activate devices and train admins and drivers.
    • We tune policies at the Day 30, 60 and 90 check-ins.

Every tablet arrives ready to drive

Each device is staged, permissioned and cellular-tested before the box is sealed.

  1. Policy provisioning

Each tablet is enrolled in Trucking MDM and loaded with your policy configuration, app set and telematics applications.

  2. Permissions enabled

Application permissions and device policies are set before shipment, so the driver signs in and drives.

  3. Cellular tested

Every SIM is activated and tested on the network before the box is sealed.

  4. Kitted and shipped

Tablet, case, mount and charging are kitted per vehicle and shipped from our Chicago HUB.

Chicago HUB

In-house staging, kitting and fulfillment, run by our own team.

Ship to terminal

Kits are delivered directly to each yard or terminal, packed one per vehicle.

Optional insurance

Protection against damage and loss in the field, if you want the extra cover.

Your people trained, your systems connected

Adoption is part of the deployment. We train the admins who run the console and the drivers who use the tablet, and our engineers work directly with your IT team and telematics provider.

We train your team

We train the admins who run the MDM console and the drivers who use the tablet, before and during rollout.

  • Device Manager: policies, enrollment and remote actions
  • Remote Support: in-cab help and remote assistance
  • Fleet Messaging: messaging, video and dispatch communication
  • E.L.L.A.: the AI co-pilot for drivers and back office

Engineering support for integrations

Our in-house technical and engineering team supports integration projects end to end, working directly with your IT team.

  • TSP, TMS and fleet application integrations
  • Custom policy and app configuration builds
  • REST API and webhook implementation support
  • Direct escalation to engineers, not a call queue

We stay involved after the trucks roll

Three scheduled check-ins keep the rollout on track, and 24/7 in-cab support covers everything in between.

  1. Day30

    Confirm the basics

Confirm devices, connectivity and driver adoption are on track.

  2. Day60

    Tune to how you run

Review support trends and tune policies to how the fleet operates.

  3. Day90

    Plan what comes next

Assess results and plan expansion, refresh or new features.

Deployment questions

What fleet and IT teams usually ask before a rollout. Anything else, call (800) 564-9281.

Is staging and kitting an extra charge?

No. Staging, kitting, logistics, training and check-ins are included with every deployment. You pay the published prices for hardware, Connectivity + MDM, and E.L.L.A. if you add it.

Can we keep our telematics provider?

Yes. FleetHub.AI works alongside your telematics service provider. We review your applications, device requirements and integration needs with your provider and IT team before we define the deployment, and your TSP’s apps are loaded on every tablet before it ships.

Where do the kits ship?

Directly to each yard or terminal, from our Chicago HUB. Each kit holds the tablet, case, mount and charging for one vehicle.

What happens if a device fails in the field?

Every device carries a 12-month warranty, and defective devices are replaced through a 24-hour RMA. Optional insurance covers damage and loss.

Who do drivers call when something goes wrong?

Drivers get 24/7 in-cab support. Remote Support gives them one-tap help from the tablet, with remote screen control and device diagnostics attached to every ticket.
