Staging
Each tablet is enrolled in Trucking MDM, loaded with your policies, apps and telematics software, and has its permissions set before it ships.
Kitting
Tablet, case, mount and charging are packed per vehicle, and every SIM is activated and tested before the box is sealed.
Logistics
Kits ship from our Chicago HUB directly to each yard or terminal.
Training
Hands-on onboarding for Device Manager, Remote Support, Fleet Messaging and E.L.L.A., for administrators and drivers.
Check-ins
Day 30, 60 and 90 reviews of devices, connectivity, driver adoption and policies.
Backed after delivery

What is included in a deployment?
Staging, kitting, logistics, training and check-ins are included with every deployment. Each tablet is enrolled in Trucking MDM, configured with your policies and apps, SIM-tested and kitted with its case, mount and charging. Kits ship from our Chicago HUB to your terminal, training covers Device Manager, Remote Support, Fleet Messaging and E.L.L.A., and we check in at day 30, 60 and 90.
Is connectivity a long-term contract?
Connectivity + MDM is $18 per device per month, month to month. It puts the multi-network SIM and full Trucking MDM on one line item, with no separate carrier agreement.
What does the $18 per month cover?
A physical multi-network SIM that attaches to the strongest available network across 502 networks in 202 countries, with automatic failover as the route changes, plus full Trucking MDM access. If a tablet does drop off the network, it reconnects on its own, without needing a Wi-Fi network. North American and global fleets run on the same plan and the same console. More on connectivity.
How is E.L.L.A. priced?
E.L.L.A., the agentic AI driver co-pilot, is $5 per device per month as its own line item. You can include it or leave it out of the estimate above. See what E.L.L.A. does.
What happens if a tablet fails in the field?
Every device we ship carries a 12-month warranty, and defective devices are replaced through a 24-hour RMA. Optional insurance covers damage and loss in the field.
Do we have to change telematics providers?
No. FleetHub.AI hardware is staged, secured and supported to run your telematics platform from day one, whichever TSP you use.
Is the estimate a quote?
The estimate is a planning figure built from published list prices and your selections. Your proposal confirms the final configuration and service terms. We reply to every request within one business day.
