FleetHub.AI × your TSP
The mobility partner for telematics service providers
FleetHub.AI partners with telematics service providers (TSPs) to deliver the mobility side of the rollout for their existing and new customers. We bring 25+ years of mobility and technology experience in logistics, and we support both the TSP team and the fleets it serves.
- Staged
- Kitted
- Shipped
- Trained
- Supported
Connectivity + MDM is one $18 / device / month line item. Staging, kitting, logistics, training and check-ins are included with every deployment.
We work alongside your TSP
Staged, secured, supported hardware for the TSP’s platform. A fleet buys the telematics platform, but before it can run, someone has to source the tablets, put them under management, connect them, mount them and keep them working. We do that part, alongside the TSP team.
- One partner for the mobility stack: FleetTab hardware, Trucking MDM, connectivity and E.L.L.A.
- One month-to-month line item for connectivity and MDM, with no separate carrier agreement
- Published per-device prices the TSP and the fleet can both see
- Direct escalation to engineers, not a call queue
Every tablet arrives ready to drive
Your TSP sells the platform. We make sure it shows up in the cab working. Every device is staged in-house before it ships, so drivers power on, sign in and roll, with no setup screens, permission prompts or activation calls.
- 01
Policy provisioning
Each tablet is enrolled in Trucking MDM with the customer’s policy configuration, app set and TSP applications.
- 02
Permissions enabled
Device and app permissions are set before shipment, so drivers don’t stop to approve location, Bluetooth or background access.
- 03
Cellular tested
Every multi-network SIM is activated and tested on the network before the box is sealed.
- 04
Kitted and shipped
Tablet, case, mount and charging are kitted per vehicle and shipped from our Chicago HUB.
- Ship to terminal
- 24-hour RMA
- 12-month warranty on every device
- Optional insurance
- Day 30, 60 and 90 check-ins
E.L.L.A. complements your TSP
E.L.L.A. is the intelligence layer across the fleet stack. She is embedded at the tablet level and connected across ELD, telematics and fleet applications, so the TSP’s tools work together in the cab.
- Tablet-levelRuns on the same managed device as the TSP driver app
- Voice in, voice outHands-free for drivers on the move
- $5 / month per deviceDeployed through Trucking MDM
E.L.L.A. use cases
| Use case | What it does | Complements your TSP |
|---|---|---|
| UC1Unidentified driving notification | When the truck is above 5 MPH for 10+ seconds with no driver logged in to the ELD, she reminds the driver by voice and opens the ELD login on confirmation. After 3 prompts she stops and logs the event for the fleet manager. | ELD and hours of service |
| UC2Proactive inspection briefing | Before a pre-trip or post-trip inspection, briefs the driver on up to 3 items: active fault codes first, then recurring defects. Advisory only: the driver still files the DVIR in the TSP driver app. | Vehicle diagnostics and DVIR |
| UC3Application knowledge base guidance | Answers “Hey ELLA” how-to questions about the TSP driver app, the MDM and fleet policies, using live trip context such as hours of service remaining. Hands off to dispatch when the answer isn’t in the knowledge base. | Driver apps and support |
| UC4Proactive HOS parking guidance | Suggests free truck parking from the federal TPIMS feed as hours of service run down, with alerts at 60, 45, 30 and 15 minutes remaining, and opens Google Maps to the spot the driver picks. | ELD and hours of service |
| UC5Pre-trip system health check | At login, checks LTE or Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, app status and the ELD gateway. A gateway failure triggers a silent reconnect, then guided steps. | In-cab gateway and hardware |
Available capabilities depend on the connected systems and data in each deployment. More about E.L.L.A.
What this means for your TSP
Warned earlier
Drivers get a prompt while a compliance issue can still be fixed.
Answers in the cab
Routine how-to questions can be answered in the cab instead of by the support desk.
More from existing apps
Drivers get help using the TSP apps they already have.
No added lift
Staged, deployed and supported by FleetHub.AI with the tablet.
How we work with your team
The TSP owns the platform. We handle the devices, the network and the training for the people who use them.
Engineering support for integrations
Our in-house engineers support integrations end to end, working with the TSP and the customer’s IT team: TSP, TMS and fleet apps, custom policy builds, REST API and webhooks.
We train every customer
Admins and drivers are trained on Trucking MDM and the applications that run within it: Device Manager, Remote Support, Fleet Messaging and E.L.L.A.
24/7 in-cab support
One-tap help from any managed device, with diagnostics attached to every ticket.
